Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right
to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items,
without providing any reason. This is your statutory right and
is in addition to our store return policy.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days

OUR RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)

We offer an extended 30-day return window beyond your statutory
14-day right. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet
the following conditions:
✔ Returned within 30 days of delivery date
✔ Item is unused and in its original packaging
✔ Item is in the same condition as received
✔ Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, the following
items are strictly non-returnable once opened:
✖ Supplements, vitamins, or consumable health products
(if seal is broken)
✖ Personal care or intimate wellness items
✖ Items that have been used or are not in original condition
✖ Downloadable or digital products
✖ Gift cards
This is in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer
Contracts Regulations 2013 (hygiene and health protection exemption).

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item that is:
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Incorrect (wrong product or variant)
- Not as described on our website
You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under
the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days
of receiving the item. You will NOT be required to pay return
shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Subject Line: RETURN REQUEST – Order #[your order number]
Step 2: Include the following in your email:
- Full name and delivery address
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Step 3: We will respond within 2 business days with
return instructions.
Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

REFUNDS

Upon approval of your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund
has been issued
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card
provider to process the refund
PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable,
unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty,
or incorrect item).

- For change of mind returns: Customer bears return
shipping costs
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will
cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish
to exchange an item, please return the original item for
a refund and place a new order separately.
